MadProps Challenge Week 3: The Telly

This week I had to use a television in my madprops picture. It took me some time to find a public place with a telly that I could simply sit down and take the pic. In the end it was at Aunty's sim (Australian Broadcasting Commission - ABC) that I found a house with a telly in it.I hope you enjoy the pic.

AAI 15/12/10

Well the night started quiet and I sense the pre-Christmas lull has started already. I had my staff christmas party last week and have no other pressing engagements until Christmas Day. 

Well my set tonight consisted of mostly alternative and indie tracks and not many with an electronic vibe to them. I felt because my extra set was very electronic heavy I'd play other stuff I haven't had a chance to spin yet.

AAI 12/12/10

G'day all,

Due to real world obligations I wasn't able to do my regular gig on Wednesday morning but I arranged to swap with Ice Halderman who was unable to do his gig Sunday. Because I was just keeping the spot warm I thought I'd have a bit of fun with it and started out playing an uptempo alternative electronic set. MadProps Challenge Week 2

Ok. So I had to take a pic with a paintbrush this time for the Madprops challenge. This is Week 2 and I decided to spell my name with paintbrushes and stand on it in my favourite pose, the spidey one. Say what you will about the crudity of the pic but don't be hating the spidey pose.

Change in Time

This is the last week of the work year for me and I have lots of commitments to honour before I can get down to the business of holidaying. I won't be playing my usual gig at 1-3am SLT on wednesday morning but will be playing 1-3+am Sunday morning at AAI.

Do not despair I have arranged for Ice Halderman to DJ on wednesday mornign and his sets are always well planned and full of indie gems. I f you haven't listened to Ice before you're in for a treat.

It worked out well because he is off to a concert on Sunday so we arranged a mutual swap and are keeping eachother's slots warm. Not sure what sort of set I will play on Sunday but I'll have to make it extra special.
